Producer, Mpho Dintwa explores the life and those having been involved such as, Mac Maharaj, Andrew Mlangeni, Thato Mbeki just to mention a few, in activist Michael Kitso Dingake’s life. Michael Kitso Dingake is a Botswana political activist and writer, born on the 11th of February 1928 in Bobonong village and educated in South Africa.
Dingake joined the African National Congress in 1952 and was elected the ANC Alexandra Branch Secretary. His political career grew when he was elected ANC Johannesburg Regional Secretary in 1957, Then in 1959 he was appointed to the seven-member Transvaal Region of the ANC (underground); appointed member of the National Secretariat (to under study the NEC) from 1962-1965.The documentary explores the contribution of non-South Africans on the liberation struggle such as Michael Dingake.
